The Client
IX Solutions is an IT consulting firm based in Vancouver.
The company services mid-to-large organizations across Western Canada. They offer IT managed services and project delivery across cloud, cybersecurity, mobile device management, modern workplace, and more.
Behind the scenes, they’re sharp, collaborative, and deeply trusted by their clients. But in 2020, as an early-stage scaleup, their DIY brand needed a reboot.

When we started working together in 2020, IX was growing fast, but their brand hadn’t kept pace.
They had a loyal client base and a talented team—but a DIY visual identity and no internal marketing support. They knew it was time to grow up their brand, sharpen their positioning, and start showing up in a way that matched the quality of their work.
The Challenge
The Collab
We kicked things off with a brand strategy workshop to bring clarity to their story, voice, and direction. From there, we:
Developed a brand messaging guide
Created a fresh visual identity in collaboration with HAWK Design & Creative
Wrote, designed, and launched their website
Built an ongoing marketing program as their fractional marketing team
To this day, we continue to support IX with:
